Do you run a food truck, food stall or a business connected with Japan and Korea? Send an application through the vendor form. An application does not confirm participation or reserve a place.
Who can apply?
Our culinary theme is Japan and Korea. Clearly describe the dishes or products you offer and how they fit the festival. Include your business and contact details so the organisers can assess your application and ask questions.
Preparing your application
Complete the form as fully as possible. Describe your concept and menu, provide the dimensions of your setup and specify technical needs where requested. Think ahead about electricity, water, setup and space for a possible queue.
Assessment and confirmation
The organisers review each application. Participation is only confirmed through an explicit acceptance. Do not arrange transport or staffing based solely on submitting a form. Contact the organisers for fees, availability and terms rather than relying on general examples.
Information for visitors
A clear menu with prices, portion sizes and ingredients helps visitors choose. Prepare answers about allergens, vegetarian and vegan options and cross-contact. Only make dietary claims that your preparation process can support.
